Once your payment is confirmed, the link to download your manual is sent to the email address you used in checkout.

No physical item is shipped.

Links are available for 6 months, after this time if you require a new link once proof of purchase is given we will supply one.
We recommend saving your PDF to a safe location on your device or a USB Pen Drive as a backup

Refunds

As all our products are digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. Our server log provides proof of download.

This is standard practice for digital goods under UK consumer law.

However, we want every customer to be happy, and always treat every customer as we ourselves would like to be treated.

If you have any problem with your order, wrong manual, corrupted file, or anything else, please contact us and we will do our best to put it right. In most cases we can provide the correct file quickly.
